In today’s guide, we’re covering (KCD2) Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 Man’s Best Friend Trophy. Man’s Best Friend is a Bronze Trophy that you unlock after you find and save a dog named Mutt. You first have to acquire the side quest named after the dog in question, Mutt. Having a canine companion will allow you to use the Houndmaster skills, plus you’ll have a new friend that follows you around. Inspect the Corpse To Continue Man’s Best Friend Mutt Quest
During the side quest, Mutt, head to the marked location on your map to find out what happened to him. When you arrive, you’ll spot a Vagabond crouched over a corpse. Speak to the Vagabond, where you can provoke him or ask him what he wants. Provoking the man will lead to a fight.
Once the Vagabond is out of your way, inspect the corpse on the ground. There’s no sign of Mutt but you can begin following his trail. Turn around and approach the dead deer next to the path. At this point, the “Find Mutt” objective will appear.
Finding Mutt In (KCD2) Kingdom Come Deliverance 2
Your new objective is to ask the herbwoman about Mutt, but you can skip this and head straight to the location marked on the map above. Mutt in the forest southwest of the Nomads Camp. Follow the road and, when you reach the area marked on the map above, a cutscene will play. Henry spots Mutt surrounded by dead animals, digging at the ground. The happy reunion is interrupted by a pack of wolves emerging from a nearby cave.
Once the cutscene ends, the trophy unlocks, but you’ll have to either kill the wolves or flee the area with Mutt.
