In Marvel Cosmic Invasion there are a total of 37 trophies and one of those trophies is the Clearing out Cobwebs. This is pretty easy to unlock; all you need to do is knock Venom out from his frenzy.

How to Complete the Cleaning Out Cobwebs Trophy in Marvel Cosmic Invasion – Venom
Known as the lethal protector, Venom packs quite a punch so if you see him coming towards you, your best bet is to block or dodge. If you don’t have Venom yet it’s all right. There is no need to worry because you are not missing anything. He is one of the four unlockable characters in the game, so you have to go out of your way to get him. Thankfully that is easily done
How To Unlock Venom
Venom is part of the Destromundo story mission. Which can be accessed after Blue Area Of The Moon. He will be the end boss to that mission. That will also come with a brutal and, yet, nostalgic challenge. Where you will be tasked with fighting Venom using Spider-Man. Of course the challenge is optional.
Simply beat and defeat him and you will end up unlocking Venom. He will, then, be added to the character roster and usable through missions and the Arcade.
Getting A Little Frenzy
Venom is actually a rather tough battle encounter. With the ability to swing around the room, punch a hole and cause all kinds of damage. It actually took me a few attempts to defeat him, using solo mode and completing the challenge.
You can use an alternative character during this fight. You are not restricted to Spider-Man only. So, in the case of the mission challenge, you can use She-Hulk to cause some damage to the boss. She seems to deal more damage, making the fight much easier. Just make sure Spidey has a chance at a few pokes too.
