Mmm So Tasty! is a Monster Hunter Wilds (MHWI) trophy achievement that tests your cooking skills. Let’s see what you must do to grill the perfect steak!

Mmm So Tasty! Preparation

To unlock the trophy, you must cook a Well-Done Steak. The two items you need are the BBQ Spit and Raw Meat. The BBQ Spit is an item you unlock early into the game after you meet Ysai and visit his village.

Raw Meat is an ingredient that drops from small monsters. You should have no issues obtaining it. It might take you a few tries to achieve the perfect steak, so collect several Raw Meats to ensure you have enough ingredients, should you have to start over. Once you have the BBQ Spit and Raw Meat you can begin the cooking mini-game.

How to Cook the Perfect Steak and Unlock the Mmm So Tasty! Trophy

There are two steps you must complete to get the trophy:

Grill the meat.
Cut the steak.

Open your Item Pouch and select the BBQ Spit. Then, choose the Grill Meat option to start the cooking mini-game.

How to Grill the Meat

Once the mini-game begins, pay attention to the color of the meat. You need to grill it until it becomes brown. To get this color, you have to turn the meat on the grill. This means that you have to press the button at the correct time.

How to Cut the Steak

After grilling the meat, you have to cut it. This is where you have to pay special attention. A tune will play. You need to follow the beat and press the button at the right time. This is how you cut the meat into 12 pieces and obtain the steak. It is the most challenging part, because if you miss a beat, you will only get six pieces.
