How to Start and Complete The Blood of Dawnwalker Lost Blood Side Quest

To trigger the quest, head to the marked location in St. Tyna’s Grove. The quest will automatically start once you enter the area.

The quest takes three time units.

Should You Give the Ring to The Silberstein Merchant?

Investigate the cart and follow the blood trail, leading to a cave. Before entering the cave, take a moment to prepare, as you will be attacked by a Murohn enemy as soon as you walk inside.

Loot the corpse and collect a Mysterious Ring, the Murohn Blood, and a Phial of Ambrus’s Blood. The Phial of Ambrus’s Blood is a legendary consumable that unlocks the Scarlet Shield skill. To advance the quest, you must collect and read the letter.

The Blood of Dawnwalker Lost Blood side quest continues with the next objective: to find the Silberstein merchant. You can find the merchant at his shop in Svartrau City during the day. Enter the store and interact with the trader.

Show him the ring and learn that the monster was his son. You can pick any dialogue line you want during the conversation. The merchant will then tell you to wait until he reopens the shop. You must wait at least one in-game day, 16 time units, until you can interact with the merchant. Although you have the option to skip time, you shouldn’t use it. Make the most out of your time by working on other quests or activities and return the next day. Talk to the merchant and he will ask you if you still have the ring.

If you want to keep the ring, tell him you don’t have it. If you give him the ring, you can buy it back later. The quest ends and you obtain a Medicus II manual as a reward.
