The Blood Of Dawnwalker The Ring – What To Do With Farkas’ Ring

The Blood of Dawnwalker The Ring is a side quest with multiple endings. Farkas asks you to retrieve his family heirloom, but you can keep the ring for yourself. Let’s see what you can do with Farkas’ ring!

How to Start and Complete The Blood of Dawnwalker The Ring Side Quest

After Coen defeats Bakir, Farkas shows up and asks him to find his family ring. Agree to help to start The Ring quest. Enter Focus Mode to highlight the box that contains Farkas’ ring. Make sure to check the runic inscription on the back of the ring.

The next part of the quest requires you to talk to Farkas and decide what to do with the ring.

Should You Give the Ring to Farkas?

Approach Farkas to start the conversation. The Blood of Dawnwalker The Ring quest develops based on your answer:

• This is no heirloom – You have the chance to learn more about the ring before deciding what to do with it.
• I tried but couldn’t find it – You can still give him the ring, keep it for yourself, or kill Farkas.

If you choose the first option, you’ll learn that Farkas believes that the ring can cure Dusan, his brother. You can give him the ring or keep it.

If you give him the ring, the quest ends. If you keep the ring, the quest continues with a new objective. If you kill Farkas, the quest continues, but you won’t be able to visit Farkas and Dusan later.

To learn what happened to them, visit their house in Parlita. Their fate depends on whether you give Farkas the ring or not:

• Give him the ring. Farkas is driven mad by the ring and kills his brother.
• Keep the ring. Nothing changes. Dusan is still sick, but Farkas seems content with his fate.

Keeping the ring seems to be the best option for everyone.

How to Find Someone That Knows More About The Blood of Dawnwalker The Ring

Three people can tell you more about the ring and the reward is based on who you decide to give the ring to:

• Anca – You receive the Quick Fighter’s Ring.
• The Sanzhani Tsarina – You receive the Vrakhir’s Endurance necklace.
• The Uriashi Elder – You receive the Vrakhir’s Endurance necklace.

As there are no other consequences, decide based on which item you like best. There are no prerequisites to giving the ring to Anca. You can give the ring to the Sanzhani Tsarina after completing the Good Home quest. To meet the Uriashi Elder, you must complete the Song of the Mountain quest.
