The Bard’s Lamentations is a The First Berserker: Khazan trophy that requires you to find the Bard NPC in several locations and listen to what he has to say. Let’s see where the Bard is hiding!
Where to Find the Bard and Unlock The Bard’s Lamentations Trophy
The Bard is found in five locations:
- Embars Ruins.
- Skoffa Cave.
- Hermit’s Cave.
- Banquet Hall.
- New Town.
You will find the Bard while completing the main quest in these locations. As you get close to the Bard’s location, you will start hearing a tune. Interact with the Bard each time and choose the Initiate Conversation option to listen to his stories.
The First Three Bard’s Locations
Embars Ruins
Main Quest: Forgotten Temple.
From the Forgotten Temple Entrance Blade Nexus, head up the stairs. Go through the room with the enemies and take the stairs up again. Make a right and then another right, going through the double gate. Notice the broken balustrade. Use the gap to jump down and meet the Bard.
Skoffa Cave
Main Quest: Strange Stench.
From the Poisoned Depths Blade Nexus, make your way down into the water. Go right, defeating the enemies, and climb up the ramp. From the ramp, jump into the water on your right and continue straight to find the Bard behind the pillar.
Hermit’s Cave
Main Quest: Hermit Mountains.
From the Hermit’s Cave Blade Nexus, follow the stairs, make a right down the stairs, and go down. Make a left when you encounter the gate and keep going up the stairs. Go through the area with the enemies and break the wooden barricade. Drop down to find the Bard.
The Bard’s Lamentations – The Last Two Bard’s Locations
Banquet Hall
Main Quest: Strange Melody.
From the Banquet Hall Entrance Blade Nexus, keep going right until you reach the big stair. Go up, make another right and follow the corridors to the right. At the statue, make a left. Keep going right to get to another big stair. Take the stairs up and continue to the right until you see the painting of a woman in white. Attack the wall to access the secret room where you will find the Bard.
New Town
Main Quest: Fall of the Empire.
From the New Town Blade Nexus, take the stairs down. Go through the area and find the ladder on the right. Climb up the ladder and go left, following the stairs. Go through the room with the collapsed floor and get out on the roof. Follow the ledge and drop down when you encounter the wooden platform. Go right and then left. Take the stairs up and make a right to discover the Bard.
