The First Berserker: Khazan Phantoms are specters that lend Khazan their powers. You unlock them by discovering their unique items and completing side missions. Let’s see what you must do to find all eight Phantoms!
How to Unlock All The First Berserker: Khazan Phantoms
Each Phantom provides Khazan with a powerful passive. This ability supports two upgrade levels, each level adding an extra effect. You can also strengthen the bonus by leveling up a Phantom to max level 20.
The First Four Phantoms
Keshta the Unyielding
Bonus: Increases stamina recovery.
Level 1: Boosts stamina recovery by 30% for 15 seconds after exhaustion.
Level 2: Restores stamina by 15% when a foe becomes exhausted.
Ghostly Item: Wild Ghost Necklace.
How to Obtain the Wild Ghost Necklace: Complete the Stormpass’ Phantom of Combat side quest. The bonus mission is available after completing the main quest, Trials of the Frozen.
Veronika the Advocate
Bonus: Increases the Spirit of Advocacy damage.
Level 1: Receive a Netherworld Energy charge when a Spirit of Advocacy dies.
Level 2: When using Netherworld Energy, the Spirit of Advocacy gains 30% HP.
Ghostly Item: Ghost Gem.
How to Obtain the Ghost Gem: During the Forgotten Temple main quest, look for the Ghost Gem in the same room as the Epic Masterless Guardian mini-boss.
Constantine the Devoted
Bonus: Increases the size of the Phantom Form Gauge.
Level 1: Each time you use a Spirit Point you get 5% of the Phantom Form Gauge.
Level 2: Boosts the amount of Phantom Form Gauge you fill 20% faster for 15 seconds after you exit Phantom Form.
Ghostly Item: Ghost Hilt.
How to Obtain the Ghost Hilt: During the Devoured Village main mission, enter the elevator shaft and collect the item from the pipe above the elevator.
Maximilian the Impenetrable
Bonus: While guarding, you take less stamina damage.
Level 1: Gain 150 stamina each time you do a Brink Guard.
Level 2: Boosts stamina damage by 5% each time you do a Brink Guard. Stacks up to five times. You lose the effect when you receive damage or perform a normal block.
Ghostly Item: Ghost Shield.
How to Obtain the Ghost Shield: During the Escaping Linon Mine side mission, cut down the webbed corpse above the spiders on the bridge.
The Last Four The First Berserker: Khazan Phantoms
Some of the Khazan Phantoms also provide bonus abilities that include damage boosts and the consumption of less stamina. All of which will provide a great help in your adventures.
Wulfric the Resilient
Bonus: Boosts the damage when facing the foe’s front side.
Level 1: Get half a Spirit Point when doing a Perfect Counter.
Level 2: Get half a Spirit Point when doing a Brutal Attack on an exhausted enemy.
Ghostly Item: Ghost Hammer.
How to Obtain the Ghost Hammer: During the Strange Stench main quest, cut down the webbed corpse above the spider mini-boss in the area after the barricade.
Adelhaide the Philanthropic
Bonus: Netherworld Energy charges give more HP.
Level 1: When using a Brutal Attack, you get one Netherworld Energy charge if you have 0 charges.
Level 2: You take 20% less damage for 30 seconds after using a Netherworld Energy charge.
Ghostly Item: Ghost Relic.
How to Obtain the Ghost Relic: During the Traitor Revealed main quest, cut the rope holding the platform and look for the item on the platform.
Conrad the Swift
Bonus: Consume less stamina when dodging.
Level 1: Do 10% more damage for 15 seconds after a Brink Dodge.
Level 2: Do 5% more damage after a Brink Dodge. Stacks up to five times. You lose the effect if you take damage.
Ghost Item: Ghost Twin Blades.
How to Obtain the Ghost Twin Blades: During the Why Have You Forsaken Us side quest, look for the item on the beam in the well. This bonus mission becomes available after completing the main quest Inconceivable Truth.
Atlante the Precise
Bonus: Increases the damage of the javelin attacks.
Level 1: Get half a Spirit Point when killing a foe with the javelin.
Level 2: Boosts damage by 15% for 30 after hitting a foe’s weak point with the javelin.
How to Unlock: Complete the Atlante the Precise side quest. This bonus mission becomes available after completing the main quest Hermit Mountains.
