How to Find the Titan Quest 2 Caduceus and Complete the Trickster’s Shrine Side Quest
Follow the main story until you reach the Flooded Farmlands area. From the Southern Farmlands fast travel point, make your way east and head west at the crossroads. Reach the Ichthian camp, defeat the enemies, and go right to retrieve the Caduceus of Hermes.
How to Start and Finish the Trickster’s Shrine Side Mission
Finding the Caduceus is the first step. You have to bring it to the Shrine of Hermes in the Shrieking Ruins to begin the quest. The shrine is northwest of Pyrgos. Return to the Southern Farmlands fast travel point and follow the path to the east. Before you get to the crossroads, go north to discover the Shrieking Ruins. Defeat the enemies and place the Caduceus on the altar to start the Trickster’s Shrine quest.
How to Solve the Trickster’s Shrine Riddle
Check out the quest description. To complete this quest, you need to find the beast from which Hermes crafted the first lyre and sacrifice it at the shrine. To the left of the shrine, behind two pots, you will notice a scroll. Read it to discover the answer. The beast you must find is a turtle. Luckily, there are some nearby.
Take the western path to leave the Shrieking Ruins area and you will immediately stumble upon a pack of turtles. If you’ve killed them already, reload the game and they will respawn. Engage one turtle, but don’t kill it. Lure it back to the shrine and defeat it in front of the altar to receive 5232 XP, one attribute point, and many gold piles.
