The Naiad and the Goats is a Titan Quest 2 world quest you can complete in the Flooded Farmlands. However, you cannot conclude this optional mission unless you have a specific quest item.

How to Start and Complete The Naiad And The Goats in Titan Quest 2
The quest begins when you talk to Pamisa. The interaction with her will result in you being turned into a goat. Don’t worry, as there is a way to reverse this condition by consuming a Moly Root. So, the best way to approach this quest is to collect a Moly Root first and talk to Pamisa after you get the item.
Where to Find Moly Root in Titan Quest 2
There are several locations where you can find Moly Root. The Forlorn Garden is the location closest to the quest giver. From the Southern Farmlands waypoint, take the left path heading west. Defeat the Ichtian enemies and you will reach the Forlorn Garden.
As you get close to the Moly Root, Areion will comment on the plant’s benefits. Note that you will need this item for two more side activities: The Strange Man side quest in Pyrgos Village and clearing the spider cellar in the Farmlands Crossroads. Once you pick up the Moly Root in the Forlorn Garden, you can head to Pamisa’s location and begin the world quest.
How to Complete the Naiad World Quest
Go to the Whispering Falls in the Southern Flooded Farmlands and talk to Pamisa. To reach her location, head south from the Lookouts Vantage waypoint.
After you get turned into a goat, speak to her again and choose the Moly Root dialogue option. You will notice that the quest has appeared in your log. Interact with Pamisa and select the option “What if I return the lily”. She will agree to turn the goats back into humans if you bring her the quest item.
Go northeast of your location and find the Bronze Lion camp. Collect the Sacred Lily from the chest and return to Pamisa. She will free the people and reward you with 10464 XP and one passive point. Don’t forget to continue the conversation with Pamisa for info on Glaukos
