This page will be mainly focusing on the various companion character dialogue that occurs during the Gale Weave / Mystra scene
The dialogue will include everything that is presented as a dialogue option, this also includes dialogue that occurs when you fail and win a die/dice roll too.
The page is currently done with only the Early Access currently being available, thus everything is subject to change. I will however, change this page to properly match the dialogue scene when the full version is released. For now enjoy what is said during the particular Early Access patch.
Anyway let us begin!
(NOTE: This was all taken from the Early Access phase of the game)

ASTARION & GALE (BROMANCE – I GOT BORED) BASICALLY THEY SHARE THE WEAVE SCENE TOGETHER (KISSES A PLENTY)

(Player Character notices Gale playing about with a hologram of a strange woman)
- PLAYER CHARACTER (OPTION 1A): Pretty
- GALE (REPLY 1A): Oh! My, you startled me. I… I was miles away
- PLAYER CHARACTER (OPTION 2A): Is everything okay?
- GALE (REPLY 2A): Of course, of course. I was just… practising an incantation.
- PLAYER CHARACTER (OPTION 2B): The figure you conjured: who is she? Someone you miss?
- GALE (REPLY 2B): No, no. She’s no one, really. I was just… practising an incantation.
- PLAYER CHARACTER (OPTION 2C): Just go to sleep, why don’t you. We have a long day ahead of us.
- GALE (REPLY 2C): Long days, yes. And long, lonesome nights. (Leaves)
- PLAYER CHARACTER (OPTION 2A): Is everything okay?
- GALE (REPLY 2A): Of course, of course. I was just… practising an incantation.
- PLAYER CHARACTER (OPTION 3A): There’s more to it than that. The figure I saw; she means something to you (Insight Check)
- GALE (REPLY 3A): She does. She’s… She’s Mystra. I can’t quite describe it, the need I sometimes feel to see her – to draw the filaments of fantasy into existence. No sculpture or painting could ever do her justice, only the fabric that she herself is and embodies; The Weave. Mystra is all magic. And as far as I’m concerned, she is all creation. (Successful die / dice roll)
- GALE (REPLY 3A): You read too much into it. I was merely indulging in my passion. Truly. Magic is.. my life. I’ve been in touch with the Weave for as long as I can remember. There’s nothing like it. (Failed die / dice roll)
- PLAYER CHARACTER (OPTION 3B): If you say so.
- GALE (REPLY 3B): I do – because it’s through practise that I seek to perfect. To augment. Magic is.. my life. I’ve been in touch with the Weave for as long as I can remember. There’s nothing like it. It’s like music, poetry, physical beauty all rolled into one and given expression through the senses. Would you like to experience this?
- PLAYER CHARACTER (OPTION 3C): I’ll leave you to it then. Good night.
- GALE (REPLY 3C): Good night. Yes. Good night. (Leaves)
- PLAYER CHARACTER (OPTION 4B): You sound like a smitten school boy
- GALE (REPLY 4B): It’s a kind of love after all
- PLAYER CHARACTER (OPTION 4C): That’s just a lot of delusion speaking
- GALE (REPLY 4C): You just don’t understand. (Gale Disapproval)
- GALE (REPLY 4C): Magic is.. my life. I’ve been in touch with the Weave for as long as I can remember. There’s nothing like it. It’s like music, poetry, physical beauty all rolled into one and given expression through the senses. Would you like to experience this?
- PLAYER CHARACTER (OPTION 5B): No. I have no interest in such magic
- GALE (REPLY 5B): Disinterest is such a disheartening condition. Always a pity when opportunities slip us by. Good night (Gale Disapproves) (Leaves)
- PLAYER CHARACTER (OPTION 5A): Yes, I would.
- GALE (REPLY 5A): Then follow my lead

(Gale proceeds to teach Player Character magic)
- GALE: Now You
- PLAYER CHARACTER (OPTION 1D): Actually, never mind. Magic is just not for me
- GALE (REPLY 1D): I think it’s a mistake to hold that conviction, but I cannot force your mind. Always a pity when opportunities slip us by. Good night (Leaves)
- PLAYER CHARACTER FAILS TO CAST MAGIC
- GALE: Not quite. But this is the easy part. Shall we try again?
- PLAYER CHARACTER (OPTION 2B): No, thanks. Not my cup of tea, clearly.
- GALE (REPLY 2B): I think it’s a mistake to give up so easily, but I cannot force your hand. Always a pity when opportunities slip us by. Good night (Leaves)
- PLAYER CHARACTER (OPTION 2A): Yes, I will try again. (Performance Check)
- GALE (REPLY 2A): No. I’m sorry, but it looks like magic’s not on the cards tonight. Perhaps I’m not quite the teacher I fancy myself to be. In any case, don’t blame yourself. Mystra can be a fickle mistress. Coy to a tee. Good night (Leaves)
- PLAYER CHARACTER SUCCESSFULLY CASTS MAGIC
- NARRATOR: You feel something strange – like a kind word and a kind touch at the same time. It’s warm and comfortable.
- GALE: Excellent. Now repeat after me: Ah-Thran Mystra-Ryl Kantrach-Ao
- PLAYER CHARACTER SUCCESSFULLY REPEATS THE MAGIC WORDS
- NARRATOR: Suddenly: the scent of rosewater and a sense of wellbeing. A sliver of Weave that tastes sweet on the tongue
- GALE: Very good. Now I want you to picture in your mind the concept of harmony. As true as you can

- NARRATOR: You see (or is it sense?) the presence of a woman, the woman who hovered over Gale’s palm. There’s something like the anticipation of a kiss, then the pleasure of being cloaked in peace. You are safe. You are nestled in the cup of her hand
- GALE: You did it. You’re channelling the Weave. How does it feel?
- PLAYER CHARACTER (OPTION 1A): Magical
- GALE (REPLY 1A): That it does.
- PLAYER CHARACTER (OPTION 1B): It feels like a good time to call it a night
- NARRATOR: The Weave evaporates, and as it does so, you realise the night feels suddenly cold and lonesome
- PLAYER CHARACTER (OPTION 1C): You’re a good teacher
- GALE: (REPLY 1C): I Know
- NARRATOR: The Weave connects you. The moment feels intimate. You realise the Weave is making you one. You have but to imagine your desire and Gale will know it.
- PLAYER CHARACTER IMAGINES KISSING GALE (Needed to Romance him)
- GALE: I.. I didn’t think..
- NARRATOR: You perceive quick-fire gusts of embarrassment, trepidation, and finally.. elation
- GALE: Sorry, I wasn’t expecting… But it is a pleasant image to be sure! Most pleasant, in fact. Most welcome.
- NARRATOR: The Weave evaporates, and as it does so, you realise the night suddenly feels cold and lonesome
- PLAYER CHARACTER IMAGINES KICKING HIM IN THE GUT
- GALE: That was.. unnecessary.
- NARRATOR: The Weave evaporates, and as it does so, you realise the night suddenly feels cold and lonesome
- GALE: There it goes. I suppose a blow to the stomach upsets the Weave as much as it would me. I’m going to bed. Perhaps this was all a mistake
- PLAYER CHARACTER IMAGINES GALE’S HEAD ON A SPIKE
- GALE: Good gods, what on earth makes you picture that?
