Krat Central and An Abandoned Apartment feature in chapter 9 collectibles of Lies Of P. The rather difficult souls-like title by Neowiz Games and Round8 Studios, based on the hit childhood classic, Pinocchio.
The Chapter 9 section of collectibles feature a bunch of collectibles that can be found in the Krat Centra, Abandoned Apartment, Collapsed Street, and the Krat Hotel. These include; notes, normal weapons, gestures, materials and more.
Keep in mind that some of the collectibles within Lies Of P are regarded as being missable as they require multiple playthroughs and even New Game+

Lies of P Collectibles – Chapter 9
Quartz
COLLECTIBLE: Quartz
COLLECTIBLE TYPE: Enhancement Material
LOCATION: Krat Central Station Platform
HOW TO AQUIRE: At the fast travel point. Head left and left again to travel across the roof of one of the trains. Drop down on the right, killing the enemy that generates the fog and open the chest it reveals.
Murderer’s Puppet Amulet
COLLECTIBLE: Murderer’s Puppet Amulet
COLLECTIBLE TYPE: Amulet
LOCATION: Krat Central Station Platform
HOW TO AQUIRE: back up on the platform over the trains. Head to the right train and jump down. Enter the furthest train and take a right down it’s carriages. At the end, exit and turn right. Head up the stairs you see and walk around the stairs to climb down some ladders at the end of the platform. Continue through the iron gate and Head forward until you see and elite enemy to you right. Defeat it for the Amulet.
Letter From Someone Who Has Gone Ahead

HOW TO AQUIRE: In the bottom right corner of the arena where you fought for the amulet you can get on the train. Get in and follow that path. Attack the wall behind the chair, the letter will be in the desk.

HOW TO AQUIRE: Head to the end of the train and break open the safe.
Master Chef’s Knife
COLLECTIBLE: Dagger
COLLECTIBLE TYPE: Normal Weapon
LOCATION: Krat Central Station Platform
HOW TO AQUIRE: Back out of the train, head up some ladders to your left. Follow the path, turn right and head down the stairs. Head forwards and take a left at the end. You’ll find a chest in a small maze of luggage.
Robber Weasel
COLLECTIBLE: Robber Weasel
COLLECTIBLE TYPE: Boss
LOCATION: Krat Central Station Platform
HOW TO AQUIRE: Head into the Krat station proper and in this chapter 9 you’ll be attacked by the weasel as soon as you are spotted. Defeat them to gain the collectibles, Robber Weasel’s Mask and Robber Weasel’s Hunting Apparel.
Stabilized Alchemical Booster
COLLECTIBLE: Stabilized Alchemical Booster
COLLECTIBLE TYPE: Dimensional Butterfly + Special Material
LOCATION: Krat Central Station Platform
HOW TO AQUIRE: After beating the Weasel, head up the stairs to your left and take a left at the top. Follow that path round and the butterfly will appear after you have rounded 3 corners.
Dark Moon Moonstone of the Covenant

HOW TO AQUIRE: Continue forward from where you found the butterfly. Take a left after some stairs to find a side room let to by a blood streak. Follow if round to find the item in some toilets.

HOW TO AQUIRE: At the teleport point, head towards the main exit but take a left before you get there. Head down and open the Trinty door to get your prize.
Coil Mjolnir

LOCATION: Krat Central Station Platform
HOW TO AQUIRE: Leave the station and take a left, you’ll find a chest in the courtyard.
Legion Plug

HOW TO AQUIRE: Continue from the courtyard until you find and elite enemy banging on the wall. Defeat them for the Legion Plug.

HOW TO AQUIRE: The last chapter 9 collectible in Krat Central Station is close. Take the path by the stairs where you fought the elite enemy and find the item on the ground.
