Clair Obscur Expedition 33 - A Uniform for Richard's Son

In Clair Obscur Expedition 33 one of the earliest quests you will get is a Uniform for Richard’s Son, Jules. It is given to you by speaking with Richard, who can be found during the prologue chapter. It’s a delivery type quest that inflicts some bittersweet feelings from the first moment you talk to the quest giver until the very end where you get the reward. For completing this one you will be rewarded with a Crimson Uniform.

How to Acquire A Uniform for Richard’s Son in Clair Obscur Expedition 33

A Uniform For Richard’s Son is a quest you acquire during the prologue. Once you meet Sophie, you can continue on your way to the town of Lumiere where you’ll find the town square. Richard, or the quest giver, will be standing near a statue wearing red.

Richard, or Sophie’s old sewing teacher, wants a favor. He had a fight with his son and wants Sophie to deliver a uniform that he sewed just for him. The uniform is, sadly, a parting gift. Upon agreeing to assist, Richard informs you Jules will only be available at night which is when he is attending the Expedition Festival later. This will leave Gustave to finish the heartfelt delivery.

Delivering the Uniform to Jules

After the Gommage and at the Expedition Festival, you find yourself playing Gustave. You need to look for a little boy wearing a red coat, red hat, and glasses. If you haven’t figured this out by now, this is Jules– Richard’s son. He’s standing near the docks and is pretty easy to notice. Again, similar to his father, he’s all in red!

Jules will be found hanging near the large light fixture on the right in the distance. By the stairs leading down to the pier.

Rewarded With The Crimson Uniform

This is the easy part. Approach Jules and attempt to give him the uniform. Jules will tell Gustave that he can have it instead, which he eventually agrees to do though it’s with some reluctance. The reward? Well, the Crimson Uniform Outfit, of course!

But this spiffy outfit is for Gustave only.
