The Dead Take Piano puzzle is one of the many puzzles in the game that you have to solve. It relates to the Shield Room. Which also requires a quick visit to the Movie Theater
Getting Access to the Shield Bedroom In Dead Take

To be able to solve the piano puzzle you need to gain access to the Shield Bedroom. With the projector up and running, go back towards the projector room entrance and look at the list of errors on the computer monitor.
Go do as it says and sit in the directors chair at the back of the movie theatre! Before leaving, make sure to go to the desk at the back of the room. Play the recording while also opening up the desk and taking one of the media file flash drives.
Return to the director’s chair and press the play button. A video of Vinny will play but it gets cut short followed by a knocking. This pushes you to go look in the basement. Grab the key off the mobile hanging over the crib, which is the Shield Key!
Now you can go unlock the Shield bedroom which is back upstairs on the first floor of the house.
Solving the Piano Puzzle in Dead Take

With you in the room, go to the second floor. Sit at the piano, open the case, and notice all the symbols. Go ahead and highlight the music stand to put the sheet music onto the piano. Basically you need to play the keys in the correct order that correspond to the symbols not covered by the sheet music.
This is the order: The eyeball with two dots, the upward arrow right of it, the humanoid shape right of the arrow, the eyeball again, and the swirl left of it.
As long as it plays correctly, the piano will open to reveal a missing cassette tape. Grab it and go back to the bedroom. you need to pop it in the cassette player which will play a lullaby. Check the baby monitor right after and you’ll get the code: 2429.
Go to the closet and enter the code into the pin. Once it opens, you can open the safe and grab the Courtyard Key along with a flash drive.
