Dead Take is a game with many puzzles, including the projector puzzle. If you’ve managed to get to the cinema, you are probably at the point where you have to get it up and running. But the problem is the projector isn’t working! If you are going to fix it, first you need to open it.
How to Open the Projector in Dead Take
The first thing to do is look at the floor behind the projector. Go towards the tool case and inside you’ll find a screwdriver. You can use the screw driver to unscrew the panel on the right side of the projector. When you approach it again, the ‘Projector Maintenance’ prompt should come up.
Now that you have the panel open, you might think it’s all smooth sailing from here. Well, think again! A projector part is broken and the only way you can fix it is by replacing it with a new item.
Finding the Storage room Key and Replacement Part
The part you need is in the store room which is near the entrance to the mansion but you need to get the key first. Where is the key? Well, it’s in a Roomba! Yes, a small adorable vacuum.
Go to the empty gallery and look for the Roomba. If you listen closely, you’ll be able to hear it so just open your ears. Anyway, once you find it grab the Roomba, flip it over, and unscrew it. Inside is the storeroom key.
After you manage to get to the store room, go to the locker. If you look inside you’ll find the replacement part for the projector. Examine the part and touch the panel which is marked.
From there, you need to go back up to the projector and use the replacement part. It will get the cinema back in working order, which is good because you kind of need it up and running to get further in the game!
