Dead Take - How to Solve the Tile Trident Puzzle

Dead Take is a first person horror adventure game where you are searching for your friend in a strange mansion. Part of this requires you to solve puzzles! One of those relates to a tile puzzle, by the pool and sauna area. It is one of 3 puzzles that you will need to solve in order to complete a damaged trident.

Solving the Tile Puzzle in Dead Take

In the wing that is home to pools and sauna’s, you’ll end up finding a Greek god statue near the door holding a trident. If you look close enough you’ll notice that the trident itself is missing the tips of its prongs! This isn’t good.

What you have to do is try to find the three prongs so you can put them back on the trident. One of them is found in a sauna which has a pretty easy puzzle. Open the vents in the room to make the room match the temperature of 185. It’s basically just math.

Don’t worry—this isn’t complicated math. You’ll solve the puzzle in no time. The second puzzle waits inside the maze. Place four items on a pedestal, matching four directions.

Solving The Trident Tile Bathroom Puzzle

Finally, the puzzle we are going to focus on for this article is the one that is found in the bathroom. Its a little bit more tricker than the previous set of puzzles.

When you go in the bathroom, you will find a tile that is in the center. GO interact with the tile. It has to match the image above and you do this by interacting with the different rings, lining them up so they match they image.

Solving the tile puzzle in Dead Take will help fix the trident

Basically, what you are doing is spinning the discs until it lines up perfectly. Our best advice is to start with the most exterior ring. Moving inward after you line up the inner ring. You might make mistakes but don’t worry. Just try to match it to the image we provided for you.

Once the puzzle is complemented, it will break open and the one of the three trident prongs will come out. Take it and put it on the trident. Once you have all three prongs on the trident, a staircase will appear.
