One of the minor yet interesting features of Elden Ring is the emotes or gestures within the game. These are basically greetings and poses your character can perform. Though they are mainly designed for multiplayer purposes, you can still greet the various NPC too just don’t expect them to reply.
Though, having said that some gestures can be used to unlock certain seals, take the Converted Fringe Tower for example. Which requires the player to perform a specific gesture in order to progress.
