There are multiple mini games that Goro can play in Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii. One game, that makes a return from a past title within the Yakuza Like A Dragon series is Dragon Kart. Think Mario Kart but with Yakuza! It’s just as crazy and fun.
Bet it would make Mario and friends proud to learn Pirate Yakuza is engaging in some crazy Dragon Kart racing.
Unlocking The Mini-Game in Pirate Yakuza
It’s pretty easy to unlock our racing mini-game. Simply go ahead and complete the Dragon Kart in Paradise substory, which is located in the southwest of the Honolulu Map, you’ll be able to get your ‘kart’ on every day of the week!
By playing Dragon Kart, you can win prizes as well as even recruit two crew members for the Goromaru ship! It comes with three cups to play in called the Resort Cup, Urban Cup, and finally Festival Cup. You can only open up the following two cups once you have completed the one cup before.
By finishing all three torments along with the three duel matches, you’ll get a chance to race against Ran AKA Dragon girl.
How to Play Dragon Kart In Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii
Playing this particular mini-game is pretty self explanatory. Depending on the system your using, the controls will be different but you’ll be able to Accelerate, reverse/brake, use item, switch items, and drift. Just check to see how to use what before starting a race!
Make sure to always pay attention to HP because if it goes to zero then you are going to crash. What happens when you crazy? Well, time is lost, of course! To recover HP, make sure to grab Dragon Rings during the race.
