How to use Megabonk Microwave

Megabonk will throw you into a place where hordes of enemies will charge your way, and all you have to do is defeat them before they get rid of you. Luckily, there are tools around the area that can help you get ahead. One of them is the Microwave. Essentially, it appears as a microwave nestled on a gray table, and it comes in different colors: white, blue, purple, and gold.

They’re extremely valuable, so don’t take them for granted. Here’s how to use the Microwave in Megabonk!

Where to find a Microwave in Megabonk?

Microwaves aren’t as abundant as shrines in Megabonk. In fact, there will be runs where you won’t encounter any microwaves at all. In addition, microwaves spawn in random locations, and there’s no way to know if there’s a nearby one unless you see it yourself. They are, however, marked by a green diamond icon on the minimap, much like shrines.

How to Use Microwave in Megabonk?

Once a Microwave is found, approach it and press E to interact. A selection of items will then appear on the screen, varying based on the Microwave’s color.

• White: Common items
• Blue: Uncommon items
• Purple: Rare items
• Yellow: Legendary items

Among these items, you can choose one to clone at a cost. The Microwave, of course, isn’t free, as it will cost you gold, with higher rarities being much more expensive. Besides gold, the Microwave will also consume a random item from the list. So, if you have multiple good items, you may have to think twice before using a Microwave.

After selecting an item, you’ll have to wait a few seconds before obtaining the item you just cloned.
