Missable Side Quests in June
Pagan’s Dilemma
Deadline: June 16th.
This quest is obtained from the Mustari Man. You will find the NPC near the Hushed Honey Bee Inn in Grand Trad. The quest tasks you with retrieving the Breath of Fresh Air item for the man’s sick daughter.
Help the Hushed Honeybee
Deadline: June 19th.
Travel to the Grand Trad and find Young Nidia on Sunlumeo Street. She is near the carts on the southern side of the street. You must speak to her before the deadline. To complete the quest, you need to assist with cooking at the inn and then come back to Young Nidia.
July Side Quests
Deadline: July 11th.
In Martira, you will find the Gloomy Youth in Throughfare Square. Look north of the fountain where the stalls are and you will see the NPC quest giver. After interacting with him, you will learn that he needs a Practical Pigeon Parcel. This quest unlocks Komero Village. The settlement is a day away in the Gauntlet Runner.
Deadline: July 30th.
The objective of this quest is to acquire eight Mortaskulls. These items come from Malmorta enemies in the Grand Cathedral Mausoleum. Find the Catacombs Entrance and proceed into the Mausoleum. There are three Malmorta variants: bow, spear, and sword. Use Strike and Light attacks and you will defeat them before the quest timer runs out. Once you have eight skulls, deliver them to the Nervous Soldier to end the quest.
Deadline: July 30th.
This quest allows you to enter the Mausoleum Catacombs dungeon. Here, you will need to defeat Kadablich. This is a ghost enemy with undead minions. Proceed through the dungeon until you encounter Kadablich and take it down.
August Side Quests
Dental Distress
Deadline: August 9th.
Helping citizens with their oral care is a nice distraction from all those world-saving missions. On the western side of Seabreeze Street, you will meet a Sullen Man. The cause of his troubles is his aching teeth. The Toothbrush of Hygienia will save his teeth from being extracted and spare him the pain. Your task is to travel to Inundo and retrieve the item for him. This quest is of particular importance because it rewards a Gold Beetle.
Efflorescent Youth
Deadline: August 10th.
To start this quest, find the Kindly Boy on Seabreeze Street. He is on the southern section of the street. At first, he asks to accompany you on your adventures. He then requests a gift for a friend’s upcoming birthday. The birthday is the deadline for this mission. The child wants some flowers for his friend, but the local flora is too common, so you need to help him find something special.
Deadline: August 30th.
Travel to the Virga Island and you will find a villager who asks you to bring her three Polar Stones, but she doesn’t tell you where exactly to find these items. They are all inside the Dragon Temple, so you must explore this location to retrieve the three Stones.
