Monster Hunter Stories 3 Twisted Reflection Eleanor - The Proof is in the Dumpling Side Quest

Monster Hunter Stories 3 Twisted Reflection has several side quests specific to your partners or companions within the game. The Proof is in the Dumpling side quest is one of Eleanor’s first quests. It’s available after you complete the quest Amara’s Child and speak with Rudy.

How to Complete The Proof is in the Dumpling Monster Hunter Stories 3 Twisted Reflection Side Quest

To be able to activate this quest, make sure you have finished Amara’s Child. Then in Azuria castle, you can speak with Elanor. She will be at the stove in the base. You will be given an option to start the quest.

Gathering Items

At the cut scene, talk with Eleanor. She wants you to look for three items: Sucklebugs, Witherweed, and Molted Gumshells. Eventually, you will be prompted to look into the telescope to look for three items. Use the telescope to find the three locations of the items. Step away from the scope to begin the search for the items.

Find the Witherweed in one of the bushes. A light should show it’s location so it should be easy for you to spot.
To get the Molted Gumshells, you have to attack a Paolumu in the highlighted area. To find them go to Sunpetal Plains Pol. The monster will drop the required item.
Finally, you need sucklebug from the island southwest of the castle. Use a monster to fly there and break the blue stone with crystals.

Return to Eleanor

Once you have all the items, you can go back to Sunpetal Plains Camp. Interact with Eleanor. There will be a cut scene where she cooks the dumpling, marking the end of the quest. In response for finishing this quest, you get Elanor’s Cooking Note 1. This means you can cook Vermeilian Dumplings.
