The last side quest for Eleanor in Monster Hunter Stories 3 Twisted Reflection is Rangers’ Reminiscence. Make sure you set up your camp in the Glacial Caps to be able to attempt this side quest.

How to Complete Rangers’ Reminiscence in Monster Hunter Stories 3
First, speak with Eleanor at the base. She will task you with finding an Aknosom, an Almudron, and a Magnamalo. Each of them have an ingredient that Eleanor needs to make the ultimate dish.
Go interact with Catba’s subordinate who can be found at the docks near the Galyad base. From there, you can start gathering the ingredients. The higher level you are, the easier it will be to defeat these monsties.
Magnamalo Chuck Roast
The Magnamalo can be found in Blightstone Woods. You can find this monstie if you go to the Wyverian Gate Catavan Stand found in the Ashen Pass. It’ll be sleeping so approach and attack. Your reward will be the Chuck Roast.
Aknosom Thigh Meat
The Aknosom can be found in Canalta. After going to Mt. Canalta fast travel to the Narrow Passage Opening. Attack the monstie once you find it. For defeating this monstie, you get the Thigh.
Almudron Tenderloin
Finally, the last ingredient you need to get is the Tenderloin from the Almudrom which is located in the Muddled Marsh. Make sure you are at a high enough level and find and defeat the Almudron. Once defeated, proceed and grab the tenderloin.
Now that you have all three ingredients, go back to the Galyad base. Eleanor will create the dish and you will get the following in rewards: Elanor’s Cooking Note 4 and Dee joining Eleanor’s monsties.
