NTE Neverness to Everness Bilar - How to Complete the Pulse of the City Side Quest

The Pulse of the Side Quest in NTE Neverness to Everness can be completed after you finish the Nearby Scenery side quest. It’s another picture based quest that is going to require you to take pictures of various people/objects.

How to Complete the Pulse of the City Side Quest in NTE

Go to the FIlm Orbit Studio and talk to Bilar on the second floor. He will task you with finding several people and then taking their picture.

Street Musician

The first picture is of a street musician who is at Davida Avenue. Take a picture of the man and then check your messages. Bilar is going to send you a message so read it. Then it’s off to go and find the next picture!

A Barbeque

Head to Bluegaze Campground. You’ll find someone barbequing, which is the exact person you need to take a picture of. Take it and then check the message that Bilar sends you. With two pictures out of the way, you only have two left.

Dance Battle

The third picture requires you to go to Wertheimer Tower in Migel Avenue. Snap a picture of the two dancers and then go look at the message Bilar has sent you after the third picture. Only one more picture left to take now before you finish the quest so keep going!

Clement Academy Students

The final picture needs to be taken at Clement Academy which is near Miguel avenue. You’ll have to take a picture of a student that is standing in front of the gate. Take a picture of the student. You’ll have to head back to Film Orbit Studio to talk to Bilar to finish the quest.

At the end of the Pulse of the City Side Quest in NTE you’ll get 10 Annulith and 5000 Fons as a reward for all your hard, picture taking work.
