One of the side quests in Octopath Traveler 0 is Ticket Woes which will take you to the city of Theatropolis which is located in the Flatlands. It can be attempted after you finish the Master of Flame Chapter Three.

How to Complete the Ticket Woes Side Quest in Octopath Traveler 0
To start this quest, go to the city square in the theatrical city of Theatropolis. You’ll find a woman towards the left side of the square who is frustrated that she can’t get a ticket for Auguste’s memorial performance, which she really wanted.
Naturally, you offer to help so the next step is to go find her a ticket!
If you go to the North Theatropolis Plains near the Serpent’s Burrow, you’ll be able to talk to a man who has lost his ticket. Approach him and you’ll tell his tall tale. See, he had gone into Serpent’s Burrow and ran out after seeing the monster’s inside. Problem is, he dropped his ticket inside.
The ticket is up for grabs. So, you can head into the Serpent’s Burrow and grab it for the woman who desperately wants a ticket!
As long as you follow the marker, you should be able to successfully find the ticket. You might end up in a few battles depending on the path you take/how careful you are but this isn’t a guarantee. Being prepared for a monster never hurts, because you never know when you might run into one!
Grab the ticket and then you can go back to the woman at the city center who wants the ticket to the performance. The reward for retrieving the ticket for her is 3500 leaves. Finding a ticket to a supposedly sold-out performance for that of a amount of a reward isn’t bad at all.
