Pathologic 3 Amnesty is an achievement you can unlock on Day 7. To earn it, you must side with the accused and find a way to save them during the trial.
Let’s see how you can get this Pathologic 3 achievement!
How to Unlock the Pathologic 3 Amnesty Achievement
On Day 7, the Bachelor becomes an inquisitor. Several townspeople are accused of various crimes. Your job is to determine whether they’re guilty or not. Having them acquitted isn’t necessary to advance the story, but it’s the requirement for the Pathologic 3 Amnesty achievement.
The inquisitor Mark Karminsky has built a case against four accused parties:
- Artemy Burakh, accused of breaking into the Abattoir and the Termitary, organ theft, and child abduction.
- Peter Stamatin, accused of assault on reality by way of impossible artifact creation.
- The Olgimskys, accused of starting the epidemic.
- Alexander Saburov, accused of poor epidemic management.
How to Acquit Artemy Burakh During the Pathologic 3 Trial on Day 7

In order to convince the inquisitor and allow Artemy Burakh to walk free, you need to complete a few prerequisites:
- On Day 3, let Artemy Burakh join the hospital as an assistant.
- On Day 5, prevent Artemy Burakh from harvesting the heart.
- On Day 6, find him and the children.
You can skip the Day 5 requirement, however, stopping him from removing the organ will make your job easier. During the conversation, pick the dialogue lines that favor the Haruspex’s defense.
How to Acquit Peter Stamatin

To save Peter Stamatin, you need to:
- On Day 3, locate Peter Stamatin and speak with him.
- On Day 2, dig up the Polyhedron blueprints and prevent their destruction.
If you didn’t find the blueprints already, you can return to Day 2 and collect the item that will help you save Peter.
How to Acquit the Olgimskys

Here are the dialogue lines that work in favor of Vlad Olgimsky and his son:
- Technically, isolating the infected is indeed an important part of fighting an epidemic.
- Why not, though? Let’s give the floor to everyone. If your son has something to tell us.
- Not guilty. There was no other solution in the first days. A mass isolation of the infected in the dormitory has given the town some time.
There are no other actions you can take to fulfill this requirement for the Pathologic 3 Amnesty achievement.
How to Acquit Alexander Saburov and Unlock the Pathologic 3 Amnesty Achievement

To save Alexander Suburov, you need to take the morphine from Katerina Saburov on Day 5. During the trial, pick these dialogue options:
- The governor has handed his power over to me.
- Governor Saburov understands his own limitations.
- The girl fancies she can help the town.
- She helped me in the hospital.
- You’re making this up.
- I object. This court has no need to hear cases of family law.
- I don’t believe the governor was behind the actions of Clara the Changeling. He’s too straightforward for that.
