How to Unlock Pathologic 3 A Communion of Eternity Achievement – White Vaccine

The Bachelor receives the White Vaccine from Rubin on Day 5. Rubin can die on Days 3 and 4, so you need him alive if you want to obtain this Pathologic 3 achievement.

How to Save Rubin and Unlock A Communion of Eternity Achievement

The first thing you must do is to make sure that Rubin makes it to Day 5. On Day 3, go to his hideout in the Warehouses and stop the bandits from getting to him. On Day 4, speak to Grace at Stillwater and begin Grace’s Vision thought. As soon as you start this side quest, rush to the cemetery and save Rubin. This will ensure that he lives to see Day 5.

On Day 5, go to Rubin’s hideout and interact with him. Explore the dialogue options and find out what really happened to Simon Kain. Exhaust all the dialogue lines and you will collect Rubin’s Vaccine. The next step is to analyze Rubin’s Vaccine. Before examining the vaccine sample, you can talk to the Kains about Rubin and choose to defend him or not.

Examine the vaccine and check the Thoughts tab for updates. All the requirements to unlock the Pathologic 3 A Communion of Eternity achievement are completed. You can head to Stillwater and take the White Vaccine. The sample is on the cabinet next to your bed.

Note that taking the White Vaccine will restore your Amalgam. It has a one-time use, so don’t waste it. Postpone taking the vaccine if you are already at full Amalgam.
