How to Unlock the Pathologic 3 Simon’s Study Door

On Day 2, the main objective will guide you towards Georgiy. You have a couple of options during the dialogue. Make sure to pick “Come to terms with your loss – or hide the fact that Simon’s body has been stolen from you? Don’t bother to protest. I know.” when prompted, else the conversation might end. Georgiy will tell you about Simon’s Study and suggest returning in the next few days to find out more about him. There’s nothing else he can tell you right now, so feel free to leave his house.

Pathologic 3 Simon’s Study is in Victor’s house, next to Georgiy’s house. Enter Victor’s house, make a right, and notice the second door. That’s the study, however, the door is locked.

How to Solve the Clock Puzzle on Day 2 in Pathologic 3

Observe the clock on the door. It has four hands. The short ones hold the clue. One hand points to two and the other to nine. Pathologic 3 uses a 24-hour clock format. Putting these two clues together means that 21:00 o’clock on Day 2 is when the door to Simon’s Study will open. Focus on other tasks and come back at precisely that time to find the door unlocked.

Unfortunately, the only thing you will find in Simon’s Study on Day 2 is a cigarette.

Leave the study, exit the house, and interact with Maria Kaina. She reveals that Simon might not be dead, but you have no more clues to follow on Day 2. Daniil will continue the investigation in the following and earlier days. Make sure to save Rubin on Day 3 and Day 4 if you want to discover more about Simon’s disappearance.
