Pathologic 3 Herb Bride – How To Diagnose The Dancer In Andrey’s Pub

The Pathologic 3 Herb Bride is the first patient you’ll need to diagnose. This is part of Vlad’s Experiments thought (side quest) in Day 3.

How to Diagnose the Pathologic 3 Herb Bride

After the Town Hall meeting, you learn that Vlad tested the vaccine on someone in Andrey’s pub. Make your way to the Factory district and enter the Broken Heart pub.

Head downstairs and interact with Andrey. He is sitting behind the bar. Explore the dialogue options and find out that the vaccine tester is Khulan, the Herb Bride, dancing in the pub. You will obtain her medical charts. Check out the Mind Map and notice Vlad’s Experiments thought updates. You can view Khulan’s file in the Casebook menu.

How to Investigate the Herb Bride’s Symptoms and Discover Her Condition

Interact with Khulan and exhaust all the dialogue lines until you have only one option left: “I’d like to have a closer look at you, if you’ll allow it. I may find other symptoms on your person”.

Examine the dancer’s chest and confirm the Rapid Pulse symptom in her file.

Turn your attention to her back and notice the scratch on her lower back and the inflamed skin on the upper side. Open the file and mark Rash and Insect Bites.

There is no need to examine the arms and legs as they don’t present any symptoms. The physical examination is over, but there are still some questions you can ask the Pathologic 3 Herb Bride. Ask about the marks on her back. Open the medical chart and notice that Insect Bite and Rapid Pulse are two of the symptoms for Lymphotonitis.

Lock in this diagnostic and end the examination, but don’t leave the pub just yet. Talk to Andrey and exhaust all the dialogue options. Check out the Mind Map for Vlad’s Experiments thought updates. You can now head to the Town Hall. Shortly after, you will open the hospital and have more patients to examine.
