Pathologic 3 Things Forgotten is an achievement for which you have to “remember forever the face of a thing unrequired”. You can earn it on Day 2 by collecting the Albino’s mask.

Pathologic 3 Things Forgotten Achievement Guide
To unlock the Things Forgotten achievement, the Bachelor must obtain the mask from the Albino.
On Day 2, go to the Hindquarters district and speak to Murky, the little girl in the swing, and learn that Sticky is at the Train Station.
How to Collect the Mask from the Albino on Day 2
Make your way to the Train Station area and find Sticky on the platform.
Interact with Sticky and tell him you are looking for Isidor’s killer. The kid will give you a description of the killer and point you in the direction of the “bald albinoey Steppe guy”.
From Sticky’s location, head right and follow the train tracks to reach the Train Graveyard. You will notice a strange-looking creature. Approach it and attempt to interact with it, only to see it disappear and reappear close by.
Follow the creature and you will eventually discover a bunch of them. The one on the left is willing to talk to you. Choose the following dialogue options:
- So it wasn’t just me. You’re the ones who…affect me this way?
- That’s not true. One of you was seen next to a human’s house today. Well, I think it was one of you.
- Wait! Someone died yesterday. And today, one of you went to look at his house. Why?
- What are you anyway?
- If I give you something “undeeded”, will you finally tell me what you were doing by that house?
You can now trade with one of the creatures. Open the trade window and select items with a total worth of 10 to obtain the Albino mask, the item you need for the Pathologic 3 Things Forgotten achievement.
Interact with the Albino and notice they are no longer wearing the mask. Exhaust all the dialogue options to learn more about Isidor and continue your investigation.
