How to Time Travel in Pathologic 3

To be able to travel in time in Pathologic 3, you need to first gain the ability to do it. The first step is to complete the following tasks on day five:

After investigating his disappearance, find Rubin.
Find Kains and interact with them.
Go and speak with Isador.

After completing all of this, the main character will find his apathy bar being filled. He will kill himself afterwards, but don’t panic. This is meant to happen in the plot. Totally story related. Without it, you will not be able to unlock the ability to time travel

Rather than dying, however, you find yourself in a mirror room with a shadow inside. If you talk to the shadow, you’ll be able to go back to the living world.

To be able to use the time travel ability, you can interact with most clocks. It will open a menu, revealing the 12 days in the game. Choose one, and you will be able to go back in time. Well, not without spending Amalgam, It’s not that difficult!

There is a chance to skip time in Pathologic 3. Luckily, it’s pretty easy to be able to skip time, and it’s a lot easier than going back in time. All you have to do is go to the top floor of Stillwater and find Danilil’s bed.

Here you will be able to interact and use the bed, and, upon doing so, you’ll have the option to skip time. Allowing you to further progress and, of course, have the ability to change the past!
