  • Miracle-SeekerAchieve the unexpected ending, broader than it first appeared.
  • The Price of a Miracle – Achieve the ending Bachelor Dankovsky was willing to accept.
  • Rot – Achieve the ending in which the paralysis of will hinders understanding.
  • True Immortality – Achieve the ending Bachelor Dankovsky dreamed of.
  • Fiasco – Fail to truly achieve any ending at all.
  • True Death – Discover that true death is indeed absolute.

How to Get the Miracle-Seeker Achievement

To unlock the Pathologic 3 Miracle-Seeker achievement, you need to:

  • Enter Simon’s study on Day 9 and learn Simon’s secret.
  • Learn what causes the plague on Day 11.
  • Enter the Polyhedron on Day 12.
  • Destroy the Polyhedron on Day 12.

To learn the cause of the plague from Burakh on Day 11, you need to have him acquitted during the trial on Day 7. If he is still alive on Day 11, you can speak to him at Lara’s house after 19:00. You can destroy the Polyhedron yourself after visiting it. Another possible condition that may lock you into this ending is to visit the street of Yulia Lyuricheva in Stvorki. To unlock the Pathologic 3 True Immortality achievement, you need to:

  • Discover the cause of the plague from Burakh on Day 11.
  • Enter Simon’s study on Day 9 and learn his secret.
  • Prevent Aglaya from learning about the Polyhedron.
  • Enter the Polyhedron on Day 12.
  • Prevent the Polyhedron from being destroyed.

This ending is the most optimistic outcome. Prevent Mark Karminsky’s death and stop Aglaya Lilich on Day 2. To save the Polyhedron, you need to complete one playthrough and return to Day 2. To prevent Aglaya from learning about the Polyhedron, you need to acquire Belladonna and Tobacco and give them to Peter at the pub.

How to Get the Fiasco Achievement

To unlock the Pathologic 3 Fiasco achievement, you need to:

  • Do not take Burakh as an assistant on Day 3.
