In RE9 Resident Evil Requiem, Grace gets the Requiem weapon from Leon. She needs a decent number of bullets for it given it only shoots one at a time, so it is useful to know how to be able to craft them.

How to Get Requiem Bullets in RE9 Resident Evil Requiem
To be able to get requiem bullets, you need to use 12.7×55 ammo. This particular ammo can be crafted by crafting one rare metal and 80 blood. However, keep in mind that you do need the crafting recipe to make these bullets so make sure you grab it otherwise you won’t be able to craft any of them. Luckily, it is pretty easy to grab the recipe!
They can also be found in silver briefcases if you manage to find any. Not that common, but this is another option in addition to crafting the bullets for the weapon if you find that frustrating.
Unlocking the Crafting Recipe
To be able to get the recipe, you need to get the blood specimen. It’s in the Closet near the Waiting Room in the east wing of the area. The ID wristband unlocks this room and grants access.
Grab the blood specimen and all you have to do is go to one of the blood analyzers. This is in the Care Center if you’re unsure of where to go. There will be a puzzle you need to solve to be able to analyse the blood.
The goal is to activate all the atoms. Once you activate them, the blood specimen will be officially analyzed! Now you will be able to craft ammo for these weapons whenever you need.
