Safe houses or properties are essential if you want to be able to grow your albeit illiegal business. Importance of a Base of Operations
Properties are an important part of Schedule 1. I mean, not only is it your home but it’s your home base! This is where you are able to manage your stash and build your empire, becoming the best of the best. Certain properties will help you be able to create products faster.
Everyone starts somewhere. The first property you end up having is the Motel which you get at the start of the game. Is it the beast place? No but we all start somewhere and sometimes you need to start in a sleezy motel room!
Different Schedule 1 Properties
While you do start out with the motel, you are able to build up your base of operations and afford other Propeties. This includes:
- Apartment sweatshop which gets you one employee and costs 800 dollars. It’s better than the motel.
- Next is the Bungalow which gives you 5 employees and costs about 6,000! As the song goes: you’re moving on up.
- Here comes the barn property which is very big and lets you have 10 employees and 2 loading bays. It costs 25000.
- Finally, there is the Docks Warehouse which is the best property in the game. It costs 50k, lets you have 10 employees, and has 2 loading bays.
