Gun Cabinet Notice

After the cutscene in which you talk to Eddie, enter the room through the double doors. The Gun Cabinet Notice is near the cabinet where you find the Rifle.

Family Photo

This memo is in Cell E4 on the first floor in the Death Row area of the Serpent section. Look on the bed to find it.

Guard’s Letter

Go through the Hornless Ox Door and take the stairs up to the second floor. Continue on the corridor to the left. Examine the doors to find the Letter on a wall.

Threatening Note

After you find the Block D Key and access this section, make your way to Cell D5. Search the walls and notice the pinned Threatening Note.

Paranoid Note

Enter Cell C4 using the Shiv Key. Go through the crawl space. The Paranoid Note is on a pipe on the other side.

Crumpled Note

This memo is in the Changing Room. You reach this area as you go through the Toilets after finding the Paranoid Note. The Crumpled Note is on a bench.

Prisoner’s Letter

Go to the first floor and reach the Visitation Room. The Prisoner’s Letter is in the last booth.

Unfinished Report

Go to the Infirmary and enter the last room. The Unfinished Report is on a desk.

Confession

After you restore the power, go to Cell F6. Collect the Weight in this room. The door will be locked and you can collect the Confession from the wall.

Four Months to Go

Deactivate the alarm in the Serpent section. Return to the block and walk the corridor. Enter Cell E1 and break the wall to access Cell E13. Look around to find the photo on a shelf.

Old Man’s Always Prepared

After opening the Eyeless Boar door, go to the Warehouse. The Old Man’s Always Prepared photo is on the desk.

Toluca Prison Collectibles – Where to Find All the Glimpses of the Past

Glimpses of the Past 1

After you reach the Canteen, don’t talk to Eddie just yet. Look right and notice the wooden tables. One of them has a slab. Approach it and witness the first Toluca Prison Glimpse of the Past.

Glimpses of the Past 2

Go to the first floor and make your way to Block A. Enter Cell 3 and look for the shrine in the back to reveal a Glimpse of the Past.

Glimpses of the Past 3

Go to the Showers on the second floor. Walk alongside the right wall until you notice the mold on the wall. The Glimpse on the Past is in front of this wall section.

Glimpses of the Past 4

On the first floor, reach the Break Room and continue down the corridor. Notice the furniture blocking a door. The Glimpse of the Past is in front of the beds and the chairs.
