Silent Hill 2 Remake Brookhaven Hospital Collectibles – Where to Find the Memos

Key Locker Note

After you enter Brookhaven Hospital, make a left from the lobby where you’ve found the map. The Key Locker Note is on a board in the Reception.

Nurse’s Memo

This memo is on the first floor. Go to Exam Room 3 and break the glass next to the door to this room. The memo is in the room on the right.

Staff Memo

Make your way to the Nurses’ Station on the second floor. The Staff Memo is on the window near the door.

Interview Transcript

Go to Room C1. Notice the poster on the wall and interact with it. Rip it off and find the memo in the wall behind the poster.

Evaluation Cards – Patient 0130, Patient 0090, and Patient 0050

Three Patient Evaluation Cards are hidden in the Director’s Office. Look in the right corner of the office. Notice the drawers.

Scribbled Note

You will find the Scribbled Note after you take the fall in Room L1. Once the cutscene ends, search the ground on the left.

X-Ray Memo

This memo is in the X-Ray Room. First, go into Exam Room 5 which leads into the room with the X-Ray memo. You can go to the third floor of Brookhaven Hospital by taking the stairs in the northwestern corner of the second floor.

Treatment Room Note

Enter the Treatment Room and pick up the note close to the entrance. To gain access to this room, you need to find the Keypad Combination Note and use it at the Nurses’ Station keypad.

Safe Note

You will find this note in the safe in the Director’s Office.

On the rooftop, notice the doors and the bright room behind them. Enter this room and look on the ground to find the memo.

Where to Find the Glimpses of the Past in Brookhaven Hospital

Glimpses of the Past 1

Go to the Laundry Room on the second floor. Approach the bin and you will witness a Glimpse of the Past.

Glimpses of the Past 2

This Glimpse of the Past is revealed by interacting with the hospital bed in Room M1. You can reach M1 as you leave the Director’s Office and make a left.

Glimpses of the Past 3

Go to where you have found the Scribble Note and look for the typewriter. Interact with it and reveal the Glimpse of the Past.

Glimpses of the Past 4

After you get to the rooftop, look around for the double doors. Opposite, you will see some stairs. Keep going left and you will eventually encounter this Glimpse of the Past.

Glimpses of the Past 5

Progress through Brookhaven Hospital until you encounter Pyramid Head on the rooftop. He will throw you down in an area of the third floor you haven’t yet explored. Enter Room 13 and notice the blood spatter. The Glimpse of the Past is revealed when you interact with it.

Her Drawings

While on the second floor, look for the crawl space near the Nurses’ Station. You should find it as you stand with your back to the Nurses’ Station door. Go into room L3 and then to the Observation Room. Check the desk for the Strange Photo.

At Least She Was There

Check the drawer in the back of Exam Room 1. The photo is inside of it. This room is locked in the beginning. You will unlock it as part of the main mission.
