Silent Hill F comes with some nifty Inventory Upgrades you’ll definitely want to get to help make your gameplay all the easier. There is a total of 6 upgrades to find altogether. Getting them all will also net you the trophy Fervent Collector!
Inventory upgrades include finding items such as Shoulder Bags, Dirty Drawstring Bag, School Bag, Furoshiki, Packing Tips and the Embroidered Drawstring Bag
All Inventory Upgrades in Silent Hill F – Fervent Collector
The first four upgrades you will want to find and collect are all available during your first playthrough. Whilst the other two will require you to start a new game in New Game+.
Silent Hill F Inventory Upgrades 1: Shoulder Bag
We can get the shoulder bag during our objective task taking us to Rinko’s House. From the main street, go east, then take the north path. Turn left to face two enemies. After defeating them, head down the alley to a wooden crate.
Silent Hill F Inventory Upgrades 2: School Bag
This can be found at the Ebisugaoka Middle School. When tasked with finding the Key to the Mountain. Go to Suga Yoise’s locker and unlock it, using the code 505.
Inventory Upgrades 3: Dirty Drawstring Bag
Still in the Ebisugaoka Middle School. Whilst being tasked with Finding the final Ritual Chamber, move to the main hall. After the second ritual and defeating enemies, reach the two staircases. Go up and navigate the broken floors to find it on a chest of drawers.
Inventory Upgrade 4: Furoshiki
You will find the Furoshiki in the Shimizu Residence. When tasked with Finding The Crests. During this section you should stumble across a kitchen. Look to the right as you walk inside.
Inventory Upgrade 5: Packing Tips
The Packing Tips upgrade is the first upgrade you can get on New Game+. East of the first Hokora Shrine, you should find an open building. During the Head Down The Mountain objective. Go upstairs, enter the back room, and find the Balcony Key in an open box. Then go to the balcony and open the room with the key. Look on the desk to find a box containing the Packing Tips
Inventory Upgrade 6: Embroidered Drawstring Bag
To find the Embroidered Drawstring Bag you will need to be tasked with the Find A Way To The Sacred Door story objective. Here you will need to follow the corridors northwest to find a door. Go inside and on the shelf will be this Drawstring Bag upgrade.
