Tales Of Arise features many different side quests (or in this case sub-quests) to find and complete, these are usually shown as letters above an NPC with a request. After selecting a quest you can then check your progress through the Activity Records menu.
For completing 70 sub-quests you will be rewarded with the Rebellious Spark and Problem Solver trophy achievement
