Here comes Lost Records: Bloom & Rage an interactive movie video game release that may pique some of your interest!

On February 18^th, 2025, the first part of the episodic video game series for Lost Records: Bloom & Rage is to be released. It will make it’s debut on the PlayStation 5, Windows PC, and Xbox Series X/S. The second part is set to be released on April 15^th, 2025.

A New Game from a Familiar Place

Lost Records is the latest episodic adventure video game from Don’t Nod Entertainment. French Video game developer Don’t Nod Entertainment first burst onto the scene in 2008. They published their first game called Remember Me in 2013.

But it was Life is Strange, released in 2015, that launched them into mainstream success. Since then they’ve dabbled in and out of the episodic video game genre. This includes games such as Life is Strange 1 & 2 and Tell Me Why. However, their last release, Banishers Ghosts of New Eden was a step away from this genre and into the action RPG niche. It received good reviews but failed to generate much attention for the company.

Lost Records is the latest addition to this fascinating genre.

What is Lost Records: Bloom & Rage About?

In the cozy little town of Velvet Cove, Michigan, four friends named Nora, Autumn, Kat, and Swan reunite. They spent 27 long years not speaking to one another because of a long-buried secret. Once best friends, they stopped talking in high school. There was an agreement to stop talking to each other because of a long-buried secret that they must now confront.

While this game features several main characters, the single playable character is Swann Holloway.

Final Thoughts

From today, it’s 8 days and counting until the game is released to the general public. Hopes are high as Don’t Nod has finally returned to the genre that made it popular.

We can only wait and see if it will be able to live up to the hype!
