TALK TO WALTER STROUD IN ALL THAT MONEY CAN BUY
Head to The Lodge and speak with Walter Stroud who will mention that he has found the location where we can purchase an Artifact.

He will mention that the information we seek and our next destination is over in Neon. Barrett will approve of our agreement to accepting this quest, meanwhile Sam will already be familiar with the area and its hostility.
TRAVEL TO NEON
Make your way over to Neon which is over in the Vol II Alpha system. Once you arrive you will notice that the planet is deserving of its ‘neon’ name. It looks rather high tech and somewhat colourful. Anyway speak with Stroud to find out that people are apparently getting high off fish. Interesting..
CHECK IN AT STROUD-EKLUND HQ
Continue with the all that money can buy quest by following the quest marker and it will lead to an elevator. Ride it up to the Stroud-Eklund Corporate HQ and we will meet up with the wife, Issa.
Here we can speak with Issa and discover our next destination, Astral Lounge. Neither of them will be joining us but Walter will give us 1,000 credits to help us with our current task. It’s now time to find and speak with James Newill.
INVESTIGATE THE SELLER
Exit the HQ building and follow the quest marker to a building known as the Newill’s Goods. Here we can find and speak with James Newill. Ask him about Walter Stroud and he, at first, will refuse to give us the information we need. Forcing us to either pay 2,500 credits or try our luck with persuasion.
We will then get an additional destination which relates to the seller’s sleepcrate. However, for now we will inspect the security first.
ASK ABOUT SECURITY
Head on over to the Astral Lounge and speak with the barman, Boone Morgan. He will allow us some of his club security but it will come at either 4,000 credits or another test at persuasion. If you happen to win the persuasion then he will lower this fee to 1,000 credits instead. We will now become an Astral Lounge VIP member.
CHECK THE DOOR CONTROLS
Ride the VIP Elevator down to the floor below. This is, of course, a VIP restricted area. From there make your way to Booth 3 to find a computer terminal. This computer terminal will require a novice skill digilock.
Once you gain access to the terminal we will receive two files, one about the Remote Door Control and the other refers to Scheduling. We need the former but feel free to scan them both.

SEARCH THE SELLER’S SLEEPCRATE
Exit the Astral Lounge and search for the pink neon coloured ‘EBBSIDE’ building. This will lead to an alleyway and our seller’s sleepcrate. Once you reach the seller’s door there will be another digilock to solve. Though, again, it is novice difficulty.
Once inside there will be a rather small computer for us to inspect. On it will be three files, all of which relate to Personal Correspondence and are addressed to Musgrove.
TALK TO WALTER STROUD
Return to the Stroud HQ and speak with Walter, you may need to wait until he is finished flirting with his wife first. Then give him your report. Telling him either about the Musgrove messages or about the doors over at the club, it does not matter which.
GO TO THE ASTRAL LOUNGE
Make your way back to the Astral club. Once inside Walter will be waiting for us. Speak with him to get a code, Ramsay and Travers. Apparently they are the names of the two scientists behind the neon gas.
Now this next section can get a little confusing as we do not have many leads to go on and there is no quest marker. We are in a club full of people and we need to find the seller.
LOCATE THE SELLER IN ALL THAT MONEY CAN BUY
Our only clues for finding this seller is that they go around carrying a rather large brief case, big enough to carry an artifact. So we need to search for someone with a brief case. Also, if you decided to check out the seller’s sleepcrate you will also know that the seller is known as Musgrove.

The seller, Musgrove can be found up the stairs by the bartender, Boone Morgan. Speak to him and give him the code that Walter told us earlier. Now we can meet back at the elevator.
NEGOTIATE FOR THE ARTIFACT
Ride the VIP elevator and head to Booth 3. Here the meeting will take place. Now, since it is a dirty deal here, after all it is stolen property. It comes to no surprise that Musgrove will demand more money for the artifact. It is up to you how you want to handle the situation. However, the neon security is a great help should you need it.
Once the meeting comes to an end the original owner of the artifact, Slayton Agent. Who is lead by Nicholas Slayton. They demand their stolen property back. Deal with it, again the neon security works wonders.
TALK TO ISSA EKLUND
Try to leave the Astral Lounge and we will meet up with Issa, it seems that Nicholaus Slayton has a bounty on our heads. We can find out more about Slayton, such as the fact he is CEO and owner of Slayton Aerospace.
SLAYTON AEROSPACE HQ IN THAT MONEY CAN BUY QUEST
Exit the club and ride the elevator to the Aerospace HQ. Speak with the receptionist and try to persuade an interview with Nicholaus Slayton. From there we can proceed and ride the elevator to his office.
Whilst riding the elevator Mr. Slayton will catch on to us and, for a brief period, we will be stuck inside as the lift comes to a sudden stop. However, Walter’s wife Issa will come in through the comms and help guide us.
GO TO THE NEXT FLOOR
Issa will now try to guide us through the next following rooms. Listen to her as many of these areas are full of robotic and enemy sentries. Just patrolling the area.
You will need to listen to her precisely as there will be no quest or mission marker. Plus she has a habit of immediately telling you to stop at certain points, due to the nearby threat. Of course, if you want you can always go in and enjoy creating bloodshed.
Once the elevator door opens proceed and enter the large vent to the right. After passing over the elevator below continue on and drop down to the room below. Ignore any other passages for now and continue to follow the straight path.

After dropping down proceed and climb up another vent above. Follow this vent to the left. There will be some rather strange noises here and, another vent. Drop down.
Here there will be two doors, one of which Issa will open for us. Head left and do not open the door until you are told to do so, there is a robot on the other side. Continue into the next door, ignoring the hall on the left. Where the robot ventured.
In this rather linear passage continue on, ignore the other routes and head to the door at the end. Here there will be a cleaning bot. They are not lethal but enjoy playing nice music.
In this next rather large hall there will be another robot, wait for it to pass and head into the Restricted Area. You are now safe until you head back outside once again. The paths are also rather linear.
MONEY CAN BUY QUEST CLIMB THE TRADE TOWER
The Trade Tower is swarmed with yet more enemy patrols and guards. We also do not have Issa to guide us. However, we do have the quest marker back. Simply follow the walkway up to the top floor. Eliminate any threat and proceed through the door.

CONFRONT NICOLAUS SLAYTON
Once back inside again Issa will be back on comms, though it is unlikely that we will need her guidance this time around. She will, however, activate the end elevator for us to ride on top of. Ride on top of it and we will encounter the aerospace CEO, Nicolaus Slayton.
It is up to you how you want to handle the situation. Either use lethal methods or, perhaps, negotiate a deal between both Walter and Slayton. There is also the issue of Musgrove, the seller.
TALK TO MUSGROVE IN MONEY CAN BUY QUEST
We now need to deal with Musgrove. You can find him in the back room. This is your call to make. We can either let him go free of any charges, force him to spend the rest of his days in a jail cell, or alternatively, have him killed.
GO TO THE SHIP
Return back to the ship. We cannot fast travel from here, so, instead, make your way to the spaceport. Follow the quest marker. Here we can speak with Walter Stroud before leaving Neon. Back to space we go!
This mission will also be the first one where we encounter the Starborn, which are necessary for the War of Angels achievement. This particular one is known as Helix and they are not exactly friendly or human, for that matter.
ALL THAT MONEY CAN BUY
Walter has asked me to come with him to Neon, where he intends to purchase an Artifact. He’ll be riding as a passenger in my ship until we get there.
Slayton has impounded my ship at Neon’s spaceport. I’ll need to confront him and get him to free my ship before we can leave.
