Dune Awakening allows you to have a total of three bases. They are very important for your gameplay but after playing for a bit, you might decide you want to move your base somewhere else! Luckily, we have you covered with this quick guide.
How to Move Your Base in Dune Awakening
While we do suggest you wait until you get your Sandbike before moving bases, you do have the option of moving your base before then. The reason being, is that, it’s easier if you have the Sandbike. With it you can attach a module called the Sandbike Inventory MK1. This will enable you to put your base storage into the vehicle storage!
Another option is to use the Solido Replicator. Once you have finished the research you can then go ahead and fabricate it. Then, proceed and equip it to one of your action bar slots. From there, you can, then, use it on your base. Simply press Copy Building after aiming it at the base. With this device, a projection of the building is saved, allowing you to rebuild the base in a different location in the blink of an eye!
Once you have done everything you can to prepare to move your base, you can deconstruct it to get the materials back using the construction tool. Click demolish, and you’ll be on your way to deconstructing it.
Abandoning Your Base
If you can’t be bothered to move or destroy your base, you can go ahead and click abandon base by opening the base and choosing that option. It will remove your claim from the area, leaving the base to enter an unclaimed state. Anyone can enter an unclaimed base so you want to keep this in mind should you decide to abandon it rather than demolish it.
