The Echoes of Aincrad Blink Talisman is a pouch item that allows you to activate a traversal ability for a short time. You can use this item whenever you need to jump over a chasm.

How to Use the Echoes of Aincrad Blink Talisman
The in-game tutorial doesn’t do a very good job at explaining how to use the Blink Talisman. It just tells you that you may be able to cross chasms by activating its powers and jumping. If you didn’t read the item description, you’ve probably died a few times while attempting to jump over gaps and chasms. You can read the description by opening the Consumables tab and selecting the item.
How to Activate the Blink Talisman
First, make sure to equip the Blink Talisman to your item bar. Press and hold the key you want to assign it to. If you’re using a gamepad, you can assign it to an arrow button. If you’re using a keyboard and mouse, you can assign it to 1, 2, or 3. Select the item by cycling through the options.
Activate the Echoes of Aincrad Blink Talisman and the dodge button will turn into a dash movement action.
While the Blink Talisman is active, approach the edge of a chasm or gap. Jump and press the dodge key in midair to reach the other side.
Be careful as the effect lasts only for 30 seconds. Once the effect ends, you can no longer teleport. You can buy multiple Blink Talismans for 500 Col each from item merchants. This consumable item has a carry limit of five at a time.
