Ghost Of Yotei Map – How To Reach Oshima Coast

Oshima Coast is a main region in Ghost of Yotei. The coast is a location of the map, to the south. Whilst most of the map is easily accessible. Sadly, this section is not so easily unlocked and will require some grinding first. To be able to reach it.

How to Unlock The Saito Brothers and Get to Oshima Coast in Ghost of Yotei

Follow the main story in Chapter 1 until you start The Yotei Six main tale. This will require you to attack groups of Ronin in the Yotei Grasslands and interrogate them to find out more about The Oni, The Kitsune, and The Saito Brothers. Choosing a topic will trigger the related main tale. From there, proceed and complete The Oni and The Kitsune. From there we can, then, begin and start The Saito Brothers main story tale segment

The Saito Brothers Chapter 1

The next section might require you to visit Master Yoshida. However, if you have already spoken to him this might not be necessary. Your goal, regardless, will be to unlock The Saito Brothers Revenge quest. Which is only available after defeating both The Oni and The Kitsune

Your task, from there, will be to visit your Home over in Lake Shikotsu. Grasslands. Here Atsu will mention that only three of Saito’s men are still standing. Including Saito himself.

Follow The Saito Brothers to the Oshima Coast

After visiting your Home and being reunited with Jubei. Your next destination will be over at the Oshima Coast Gatehouse. Where we will meet up with both Jubei and Oyuki.

Here Oyuki will mention that Saito has begun his attack on the Matsumae. We find an injured soldier, who explains and talks about the attack by Saito and his army. Led by his two brothers, Dragon and The Spider.

Find Jubei

Continue on past the gate and we will notice more damage left over by Saito’s sons. This, now, activates The Storm Breaks story quest. Atsu will unlock the Tanegashima weapon during the next part. Follow the quest and start the Escape the fort objective. Once the battle is over, you will have access to Oshima Coast.
