Gothic Remake Temple of Innos is a side quest that requires you to explore an ancient temple. Nefarius wants you to bring him any magical writings you can find.

How to Start and Complete the Gothic Remake Temple of Innos Side Quest
The Temple of Innos is a Chapter 4 side quest that starts once you talk to Nefarius. You can find him at the Water Mages hub in the New Camp cave.
This Gothic Remake side quest requires the climbing skill, so make sure to pay Theron a visit if you haven’t learned the skill already. Equip your best armor and weapons and get healing consumables.
How to Reach the Temple of Innos
From the Old Mine entrance, make a left and climb the wall.
Follow the main path through the cave and continue until you reach the camp. Explore the optional area to the left to obtain the Schematic of Warrior’s Verdict and some loot from the nearby chest.
Return to the camp area and climb the ladder. Turn left and start climbing. Keep to the left to find another wall you can climb. Keep going left until you see a torch. Follow the path to reach another climbing area. Go right and you will notice the cave exit.
Cross the bridge, turn left, and climb the wall. Defeat the goblins or run away towards the bridge. Turn left after the bridge and climb another wall. Once you are on top, turn left to see another wall. Continue towards the snowy area to reach the tundra. Explore the optional cave with the wolves to get the Amulet of Might and the Sword of Hate.
From the cave entrance, go right. Defeat or run past the Shadow Beast and keep to the left to reach the waterfall.
Swim towards the waterfall to reach the secret cave behind the waterfall and the Gothic Remake Temple of Innos entrance.
How to Find the Gothic Remake Innos Grace Amulet
Follow the cave path and you will soon bump into some skeleton enemies. Defeat them and collect the quest item, the Magic Runs and Rituals book.
You can return to Nefarius to complete the Gothic Remake Temple of Innos quest, but keep on exploring the temple for extra loot and additional quest rewards. Loot the chest in the room with the book to get a Rain of Fire rune and some scrolls. Climb the stone stairs on the left, go through the door, turn right, and go up the ladder. Interact with the wheel to open the gate on the left.
Go through the gate, turn right, exit the temple, and go up the stairs. Loot the corpse to obtain the Innos’ Grace amulet.
Return to Nefarius and hand over your findings. You will get an extra 500 XP for finding the Innos’ Grace and you get to keep the amulet.
