GreedFall 2 Weapon Skills allow you to become proficient with your weapon of choice. However, three weapons and their associated skill trees are not available from the start.

How to Unlock the Hidden GreedFall 2 Weapon Skills

GreedFall 2 has three hidden weapon skills:

• Rifles.
• Theleme Rings.
• Double Blades.

You must interact with your companions to be able to use these weapons and access their skill trees.

How to Unlock Rifles in GreedFall The Dying World

Safia is the companion who teaches you how to use Rifles. Make sure to interact with Safia as soon as you can to unlock rifles in the early game. Rifles are great for ranged damage-dealing builds. These weapons come with critical damage and high-ground bonuses, meaning that positioning plays a key role when using rifles.

The rifle skill tree includes the Focused Shooter passive ability that restores one action point when you inflict critical damage. It’s a great ability that you can unlock early in the game. The Piercing Shot skill deals heavy damage and breaks the enemy’s shield. Stun Shot is another helpful skill, as it inflicts stun. The rifle skill tree allows you to use grenades as well.

GreedFall 2 Weapon Skills – How to Unlock Theleme Rings

Fausta is the companion who teaches you how to use Theleme Rings. Similar to Safia, Fausta will offer this skill quite early in the game. Theleme Rings are magical weapons with two alignments:

• Light skills focus on healing.
• Shadow skills focus on area-of-effect damage.

Stasis is one notable skill, as it allows you to apply both crowd-control and curse to an enemy. Divine Ray comes with damage and area-of-effect healing, which makes it a great support skill. Torment deals single-target and area-of-effect damage. Theleme Rings are best suited for hybrid builds.

How to Unlock Double Blades

Sybille is the companion who teaches you how to use GreedFall 2 Double Blades. Unlike Safia and Fausta, Sybille requires some effort. You have to complete Sybille’s first companion quest to unlock Double Blades. These weapons fall into two categories:

• Knives improve the critical hit chance.
• Daggers increase critical damage.

Coating and Keen Shadows are some of the best GreedFall 2 Weapon Skills in the Double Blades ability tree. Coating allows you to apply various effects. The Keen Shadows ability combines mobility with damage, as it teleports you to the enemy. Double Blades work with builds specialized in damage and stealth play styles.
