The Vi-O-La Boost Tank is a Metroid Prime 4 Beyond upgrade feature that allows Samus to increase the bike speed. To get this upgrade, you must visit three Sol Valley locations.

Where to Find the Vi-O-La Boost Tank Locations in Metroid Prime 4 Beyond
When you press B while riding the bike, you get a temporary speed boost. Unfortunately, there is no way to permanently increase Vi-O-La’s speed, but you can increase the number of times you can use a speed boost by finding all three Vi-O-La Boost Tank upgrades.
Metroid Prime 4 Beyond Bike Boost Locations in Sol Valley
To get all boost upgrades, you need to use a different weapon. Complete the associated story section to unlock the weapon and return to the location as soon as possible to get the boost upgrade.
Boost Tank Location 1
Requires: Fire Shot.
From the Volt Forge entrance, travel north until you encounter a platform. If your starting point is the Fury Green entrance, travel south. Use Fire Shot on the small sparkling pedestal to activate the structure and collect the boost tank upgrade.
Boost Tank Location 2
Requires: Ice Shot.
From the Flare Pool entrance, travel north. The platform is along the edge of Sol Valley. Use the ramp to reach the location and fire an Ice Shot at the pedestal.
Boost Tank Location 3
Requires: Thunder Shot.
The third Vi-O-La Boost Tank location is to the south of the Chrono Tower in the center of Sol Valley. Use Thunder Shot on the pedestal and collect the final upgrade.
Don’t forget that you can drive into the Kyuveria plants to replenish one boost meter. These plants are found all over Sol Valley. You can use the Samus and Vi-o-La Amiibo to gain a boost recovery bonus, but only once per day. Keep in mind that the effect is canceled when you enter another game region. Don’t waste it if you know you will be switching areas. Save the Amiibo bonus for when you are farming Green Energy Crystals in Sol Valley or going after the Mech Parts.
