Octopath Traveler 0 Agapea is a secret location tied to several achievements. Traveling to Agapea allows you to build the Strange House in Wishvale and enter the Tavern of Nil.

How to Reach the Hidden Isle of Agapea in Octopath Traveler 0
Progress with the main quest and reach the Skies of Vanity in The Heavens dungeon. This is where you find Signa’s Journal and start The Hidden Isle side story. Signa’s Journal is located on the left side of the map.
Head to the end of the platform and interact with the object to read the Priestess’ Journal to begin The Hidden Isle side quest. Track the quest and open the map. You’ll notice the quest marker pointing to the Isle of Orsa in the Coastlands Region.
Make your way to the marked location. Feel free to explore the Isle of Orsa: Depths on your way to the Altar. The Depths is a small area in which you find a few Treasure Chests. Enter the Altar and make your way to the Underground Altar. Interact with the pedestal and witness the cutscene. Once the cutscene ends, Agapea appears as a destination on the map. You cannot fast travel to Octopath Traveler 0 Agapea just yet, so head to the Isle in the Middlesea and get aboard the ship to sail to Agapea. As soon as you reach the quest marker on Agapea, a cutscene will play.
After the cutscene, follow the quest marker and speak with Shrinekeeper Ataraxia to conclude The Hidden Isle side story. If you’ve achieved the true Octopath Traveler 0 ending, you can start the An Indestructible Flame side story. Bear in mind that proceeding with An Indestructible Flame quest will start a fight against the Demon’s Blade Curse boss.
The Citizens of Agapea
Agapea has several NPCs, however, Meowstesis of the Pawbeans is the isle’s most notable resident. Entreat Meowstesis of the Pawbeans to receive the Strange Key, the item that allows you to build the Strange House and enter the Tavern of Nil. Make sure you interact with all Octopath Traveler 0 Agapea citizens to collect all the rewards they have to offer.
