 Simon | Fawn | When you get to the Feral Monster Quest, you have a chance to finally unlock Simon as a partner. Defeating the Feral Chatacabra lets Simon join you as a partner in the game. |
 Thea | Kagachi | To be able to unlock Thea, you need to go through the Audience Quest. Once the rangers go out to explore for Thea, then you get your chance to have Thea on your team. |
 Gaul | Legia | Similar to Simon, Gaul is unlocked during the Feral Monster Quest. All you need to do is wait until your character and their partners defeat the Feral Chatacabra. |
 Ogden | Chirpy | Much like Gaul and Simon, Ogden can be unlocked during the Feral Monster Quest. All you need to do is defeat the Feral Chatacabra and then Ogden will finally be unlocked for you to partner up with. |
 Kora | Gravy | Play until you get to the Feral Monster Quest. Similar to Simon, Ogden, and Gaul, she can be unlocked after defeating the monster. |
 Elenor | Angie | During the Princess of Vermeil Quest, you’ll be able to unlock Elenor. Simply wait until the Honed Glavenus is defeated and the peace talks start. |
