How to Complete Vineyard Vandalism in Monster Hunter Stories 3 Twisted Reflection

A man labeled Deep Thinker will be standing near Azuria Castle. Talk to him and he will tell you about the crime that has befallen his precious vineyard. Someone… or something has dug it up. He is eager to find the culprit, so it is up to you to find out who or what has been digging up the vineyard.

Finding and Fighting the Yian Kut Ku

Once you accept the quest, you need to travel near the windmills. It’s around this area that you will find a monster sleeping in the vineyard. Go ahead and slowly approach. This is going to basically start the fight. It will wake up right away and is not happy to have it’s nap interrupted, but who can blame it?

This monster is weak to water and ice elements. Try attacking its wings and head which are it’s weakest points. It can attack with: Fireball Expulsion, Fireball, Beak Drill, and Unstoppable. The Fireball move can sometimes inflict burn so try your best to dodge if you can.

Once you are able to defeat this Bird Wyvern Monstie, you need to head back to the Deep Thinker.

Returning to the Deep Thinker

The Deep Thinker will be extremely grateful that you defeated the culprit who was digging up their guardian. As a reward for slaying the monstie, he will give you the following: Two Potions, 100+ EXP, and 600+ Silver Trade Points.

Now that you have finished the Vineyard Vandalism quest, you can move on to working on some other side stories.
