How to Start the Silent Hill 2 Remake Neely’s Jukebox Puzzle
After finding Neely’s Bar Matchbox, the bar’s location will appear on the map. Go to the bar and find the old jukebox in the corner. Interact with it to get the Broken Vinyl Record. Read Neely’s Bar Note Memo from the counter for clues.
To solve the puzzle, you must find four items:
- Jukebox Button.
- Glue.
- The other half of the Broken Vinyl Record.
- Neely’s Bar Coin.
The note hints at Saul Street Apartments and Groovy Music. Luckily, both locations are marked on the map.

How to Find the Button
The note says you need to investigate Apartment 9. Leave Neely’s Bar and make your way southwest to Saul Street. Find the apartment building and notice the red door at number 16.
Enter the building and find the map as you pass the office. The apartment the note spoke of is on 3F. Before making your way there, check out the room on the left of the hallway for a Syringe. Go back to the map and force your way to the left by pushing the cupboard. Enter the office and grab the Apartment Key. The Small Note is a collectible Memo. Read the note directing you to Apartment 5. The key you just found opens this apartment.
Get out of the office and take the stairs up to 2F. Make a right and enter through the small space next to Apartment 7. Acquire the Tenant’s Note collectible Memo from the desk near the open window. Exit and use the Apartment Key to unlock Apartment 5.
Go through the gap. At this point, you will hear noises from upstairs. Find a second gap in the wall and enter it. Get out through the window to reach the emergency stairs and go up. Enter through the window and go to the bathroom. There’s a hole in the wall. Interact with it three times and you will get the Jukebox Button.
Go left on the rooftop and take the ladder down. Before going to the other marked destination, explore Saul Street for the three Notes, the Old Map, and the Motor Home Note collectibles.
How to Find the Glue and the Second Broken Record
Check the map for the Groovy Music location and head there. Two enemies await as you enter. Check out the counter for the Records Store Note Memo. Break the glass and proceed to the next room. The Vinyl Glue and the other part of the Broken Vinyl Record are on the table. Open your bags and fix the record to obtain the Glued Up Vinyl Record.
How to Find Neely’s Bar Coin
Go to Katz Street and find the Texan Cafe. Go inside and open the cash register. Use the key and the button at the button and you will obtain the Bar Coin. An enemy jumps you after you get the coin.

Go back to Neely’s Bar. Interact with the jukebox and use the Button and Bar Coin when prompted. Press C and 2 on the jukebox keyboard. The glued record will play and you will obtain Neely’s Bar Key.
