Silent Hill 2 Remake East South Vale Walkthrough – The Auto Parts Garage

Once the bathroom cutscene ends, you will find yourself in the Observation Deck area. Get to the car and check the driver’s seat for the Map of South Vale. If you go up the road and attempt to leave the town, you get the No Turning Back trophy.

Notice the white van near your car and look for the stairs next to it. Take the stairs and reach the Graveyard. You will come across a well introducing the Save Game feature. Watch the cutscene in the Graveyard and interact with the woman for extra conversation. Take the west road leading you through a gate and a cornfield.

Continue through the Silent Hill Ranch and reach the Auto Parts garage. Find the notice board for the next task: acquire the Auto Parts Key. Go out and make a left to find the open window through which you can enter. The key is on the desk with the lamp. Leave through the front door and use the key to unlock the way ahead. Go near the blocked tunnel and interact when prompted for the first Glimpses of the Past collectible.

Take the right route taking you to Wiltse Road through the metal grate. After the cutscene, you can adventure into the eastern part of Silent Hill. Cross the street to reach the Flower Shop and obtain the first Memo collectible from the shop counter.

Check for the blood stain and follow it out of the shop to reach the Sanders Street and Lindsey Street intersection. Go up Lindsey Street and watch the cutscene. Make your way north to reach the Vachss Road intersection. Spot the Do Not Disturb sign and get close to it for another Glimpses of the Past collectible. Now, come back to the main road between the houses. Pass the two gardens and the gate. Keep following the figure you saw in the cutscene. Enter the gap in the wall and check the kitchen drawer for an HP drink. Get ready for combat and enter through the cracked door.

After the fight, look around for a Syringe on the desk. Leave the house through the window and end up on Martin Street. Make a right and discover another Glimpses of the Past as you interact with the blood stain.

Silent Hill 2 Remake – Neely’s Bar

Continue on Martin Street to find the Neely’s Bar Matchbox near the corpse. Check the map to see the bar’s location. The Matchbox is the second Memo collectible and the Martin Street Note near it is the third.

Make your way towards Katz Street and go west along it. Go south to reach Neely Street. Be prepared for combat as you will come across some enemies on your way to the bar at the intersection of Neely Street and Sanders Street. Enter the bar and collect the Bar Note from the counter. Interact with the Jukebox in the corner to acquire the Broken Vinyl Record and start Neely’s Jukebox Puzzle. Solve the puzzle to progress through the main objective in South Vale.
