The Tadpole is one of the greatest upgrades you can get in Subnautica 2. However, much like your base, this needs power and you can get this by using a Power Cell Terminal. These Power Cells consume energy and when they get fully consumed, they will become unusable. Fortunately, you can recharge these cells, saving you from needing to craft another power cell again.
How to Get Power Cell Terminal in Subnautica 2
In order to craft the Power Cell Terminal blueprint, you will have to scan two Cell Terminals.
Power Cell Terminal 1 Location
Face north and swim around 260 meters until you reach Camp One. The first Cell Terminal is out in the open, so you can easily spot it, especially during the day.

Power Terminal 2 Location
For the second Cell Terminal, swim 250 meters southwest of the Lifepod. You will spot some wreckage here, which is exactly what you should be looking for.

As soon as you get there, enter through this opening, and you’ll immediately spot the Terminal attached to the wall.

How to Craft a Power Cell Terminal
Just as other base buildings, interior and exterior parts, players will need to use the Habitat Builder to craft the necessary terminal

Here are the materials needed to craft it:
- 3x Titanium
- 3x Copper
- 1x Wiring Kit
Note that the Terminal must be attached to the wall. Once you’re finished creating it, you can now use it to charge your Power Cells.
How to Charge your Power Cells
Here’s how to charge your Power Cells.

- Click the switch to turn it on.
- Interact with the terminal to open its storage.
- Drag the Power Cell into the storage slot.
- Wait for the Power Cell to finish charging.
